Hate to revive an old thread but didn’t want to create a duplicate one. Can anyone else provide more information on Burlington? I invest in single family homes and renovate them to hold as rentals. Burlington seems like it has a lot of decent houses in my price range.
Someone else posted that they raise the price and it sells. I occasionally will close an old year or two old stale listing and re list at a higher price and it will sell . It might work randomly but as a general blanket rule it won’t work majority of the time and it’s pure luck to find a customer scared to see the price go up so buys it’s on impulse ..
